Stranded

Stranded is a short horror survival machinima created by Alvin Soprano, made using The Sims 2: Castaway. After a shipwreck, a Sim regains consciousness on a remote tropical island with no memory of how he got there. He begins to gather supplies, search for shelter, and attempt to send signals for help. But as time passes, eerie signs begin to emerge — strange carvings in the rocks, whispers in the jungle, and footsteps that don't belong to him. As his grip on reality begins to slip, the Sim must face the possibility that the island isn’t uninhabited — and that something is watching him.

The Face on the Barroom Floor

A painter turned tramp (Chaplin), devastated by losing the woman he was courting as a wealthy man, finds himself drunk and getting drunker by the minute with some sailors at a bar until he's literally falling down. He keeps futilely trying to draw the woman's picture on the floor with a piece of chalk until he finally passes out cold (or perhaps dies, as in the poem) at the end of the film.

Silent Fear

Mexico miner Pete Carroll is in Acapulco and meets Terry Perreau and falls in love with her after he hears her singing (or dubbed) on a recording of "Extrano Amour (Strange Love.) The troubled Terry decides she wants to go shark fishing, so Pete poses as the skipper of a fishing boat, owned by Thursday, and off they go. Pete lands a mantray and cuts it up for bait and the sharks are soon swarming, and Terry dives in the water. Terry does likewise and fights a few sharks and gets his leg gaashed but finally rescues her. Gradually, her friendship also turns into love. But back in Acapulco she learns of Pete's "fake skipper" joke, is all hacked off and goes to Mexico City with her friend Dr. Antez. There, a specialist, Dr. Rivas tells her that unless she has a dangerous operation she has only three months to live. Depressed even more than usual, if possible, she returns to the hotel and is met by!
