Despite a healthy downpour of rain, the ever-energetic DMX rocked the crowd at Cypress Hill's sixth annual Smokeout Festival in San Bernardino, CA, held in 2003 and now documented on this DVD. There's a opening montage and a couple other video effects, but seeing DMX pumping his fist in the rain is the most interesting visual here, since the presentation is uninspired and often with cameras in the wrong place.
