A washed-up police detective looks to redeem himself by rescuing a kidnapped girl from the hands of a sadistic cult, battling his personal demons in the process, all the while his corrupt police chief has other plans in mind.
John Brown is a bumbling but well-intentioned security guard who is badly injured in an explosion planned by an evil mastermind.
