Anders "Anden" Matthesen's critically acclaimed stand-up show from 2000-2001. 3 years after the success of ‘The Striped Show’, the world-renowned magician and comedian Rune Klan is back on Danish stages with a new one-man show. His fifth in a row. With ‘Childless’, the charismatic Rune Klan will offer plenty of surprises, new tricks and groundbreaking ideas with his disarming manner, and a constant curiosity for the audience he loves to pamper. Despite his 40-plus years of good living, ‘The Clan’ doesn't yet have children. This, of course, means a lot of free time and plenty of room in the calendar to shame-practice a trick or joke to ultimate perfection.

Den Ægte Vare: Live i Cirkusbygningen

In the spring of 2002, six of Denmark's best stand-up comedians joined forces under the name Den Ægte Vare. The goal was to show the audience six different styles in the original form of stand-up - completely stripped of “borrowed” jokes and clap-friendly song numbers. Through 24 shows, Varen delivered the goods in sold-out theaters across the country. The tour ended with 3 nights in the circus building, and this recording is the first of these shows.

Talegaver til børn: 15 års jubilæum

Talegaver Til Børn celebrated its 15th anniversary in December 2007 with three sold-out shows at Forum. The FBI's annual charity show was produced in collaboration with Unicef. For 15 years, between Christmas and New Year's Eve, people have been able to laugh for a good cause in the company of the country's best stand-up comedians, and the 2007 shows definitely lived up to the success of previous years.

Rune Klan: Det Blå Show

In “The Blue Show”, Rune Klan jumps out of the magic closet and tells us about his relationship to - and with - tricks from the subtle world of secret magic. This time, magic has been given a larger place in the show than before. A more stylish show than ever before, including a guest appearance by Danish electronic music wunderkind Mike Sheridan. But also with lots of crazy and makeshift effects, as we know it from Rune's universe. Of course, it's all delivered with Rune's characteristic twinkle in his eye and sense of lightning-fast reactions. The show is recorded in Utzon's beautiful Musikhus in Esbjerg.

Anders Matthesen: Tal for dig selv

Tal for dig selv (Speak for Yourself) is Anders Matthesen's third one-man show. The show is divided into two sets. In the first set, Det gode sæt (The Good Set), Anders Matthesen addresses all topics from a positive outlook on life, while in the second set, Det onde sæt (The Bad Set), he takes a negative attitude.

Sanne Søndergaard is one of Denmark's sharpest social critics, known from columns in Information, books like Kære Dødsbog and her standup shows. Now she's ready with one of her most blunt shows to date, where she takes on the media, the audience and even her own social circle, skewering the many judgmental voices she has encountered over the years as a critical and outspoken satirist.

Now that all the boring and practical stuff is out of the way, I'll tell you a bit about the show. Well, I'm not going to tell you what the show is about. You'll have to go and see it. But I can tell you a bit about how it was recorded, because it's a bit different from what you're used to. Since my shows are often very different from night to night and since I've sat in an editing room with a recording and thought; “F*ck, sh*t, that joke was much better the last time I did it”, this time I made the decision to record the show in Horsens, Odense, Aarhus and Copenhagen and cut the 4 shows together into one. Whether it was a good decision, I'll leave it up to you to judge, I'm certainly very satisfied. So all I can say is, enjoy... that is, if you pick it up.
