Synopsis

A marginalized constable, Xue Buyi, is framed for the theft of disaster relief funds and pulled back from ruin by his mentor, Huang Shining, only to be forced into serving powerful officials. Trapped within a corrupt system, Xue Buyi must decide whether to remain a pawn—or fight his way out to reclaim his freedom and integrity.
