Rebel Highway

Rebel Highway is a 1994 revival of American International Pictures, created and produced by Lou Arkoff, the son of Samuel Z. Arkoff, and Debra Hill for the Showtime network. The concept was a ten-week series of 1950s "drive-in classic" B-movies remade "with a '90s edge". Each episode shares a title with a late 1950s-early 1960s-era AIP film. However, they are not remakes; each installment is a different story from that which they are titled. The impetus for the series, according to Arkoff was, 'what it would be like if you made Rebel Without a Cause today. It would be more lurid, sexier, and much more dangerous, and you definitely would have had Natalie Wood's top off'.

Lucky Chances

It stars Vincent Irizarry, Nicollette Sheridan, Shawnee Smith, Alan Rosenberg, Anne-Marie Johnson, and Phil Morris. The Santangelo family builds a casino empire in Las Vegas. After Gino's death, his daughter Lucky fights to maintain control of the business and fortune.

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy is a seven-part BBC Two spy drama written by Arthur Hopcraft, adapted from John le Carré's eponymous 1974 novel. Smiley must travel back through his life and murky workings of the Circus to unravel the net spun by his nemesis Karla 'The Sandman' of the KGB and reveal the identity of the mole before he disappears.

The Hamptons

The Hamptons is a limited run prime-time soap opera which aired during the summer of 1983 for 5 episodes on ABC. It was produced by Gloria Monty, the producer credited with turning General Hospital from a low-rated daytime serial to a soap phenomenon. The series is set in Manhattan and the affluent Long Island community referenced in the show's title. The cast includes actors with previous experience in daytime and prime-time serials: Leigh Taylor-Young, Michael Goodwin, John Reilly Bibi Besch, etc. The series was shot on videotape rather than film, which gave it a look consistent with most daytime soap operas. The focus of the series was on the wealthy Chadway and Duncan-Mortimer families, who co-owned the stylish Duncan-Chadway department stores. The Chadways were positioned as the noble family, while the Duncan-Mortimers were the schemers. The plots concerned power maneuvers to gain control of the retail corporation, and illicit sexual couplings.
