Disaster is looming in gangland because of a murder case. Cheung Sai-lun, Chinese American drama fanatic, returns to Hong Kong to look for opportunities in showbiz. Sai-lun somehow encounters a policewoman called Koo Yan-yee, who gives him an important assignment that requires him to pretend to be an orphan of Big Boss of Union Gang. With the assistance of a seasoned decoy called Ko Bun, Sai-lun becomes Big Boss. Sai-lun then repeatedly offers help to gang leader So Tsz-shan and an actress by the name of Chong Ming-lai. You Ching-shui, lady boss of some nightlife venue, and a trio of unrelated fresh-faced ladies also keep clinging to Sai-lun. While Sai-lun is starting to venture into gangland, he and Ko Bun become amicable partners. And with absolute protection provided by formidable fighter Luk Chau, crises are overcome. But nobody is aware of some shocking scheme has been awaiting him behind the gang activities.

Spooks: Code 9

The series was commissioned by BBC Fiction's controller Jane Tranter as a spin-off of their long-running drama Spooks, offering a "more maverick, younger perspective" that would attract a 16-24-year-old audience. The series follows a group of six new young MI5 recruits who "follow a different rule book". The decision to relate the new project to the original Spooks was controversial, with actor Georgia Moffett saying “it’s slightly misleading in terms of the word Spooks.” and producer Chris Fry saying "this is a completely new show. There are no crossover characters or storylines and, most importantly, it is set in a completely new world." After the relatively unsuccessful first series, executive producer Karen Wilson claimed that many of the existing cast members were "contracted for another year" and outlined themes "we'd like to explore if we get a second series."

At the same time, Yago learns that the man who raised him is not his actual father and that his real family name is Sireno. He travels to Buenos Aires intending to trace back his real family only to find Morena once again.

Outlaws is a new half-hour black comedy series starring Phil Daniels set in the world of duty solicitors. But Kavanagh QC it ain't. If solicitors are in the front line of the legal service, duty briefs are the advance patrols: the poor bloody infantry foraging ahead in unfamiliar territory, gleaning intelligence, securing the beachhead and digging in until morning when the top brass arrive to take the salute. There are few victories, no medals, and like any dirty job you'd prefer someone else to do it. But above all, life in the trenches is a tight round. A duty brief's horizon rarely extends beyond the arenas of the police station and the Magistrate's Court. We'll never see a jury or a wig.
