Sisterhood

Fang's youngest daughter Xiang Xiang has just entered the society after graduating from university. Her elder sister Fang Hong believes that "eldest sister is like a mother", and regardless of Fang's feelings, she is enthusiastically involved in her sister's work and life. The two sisters with very different personalities and concepts constantly rubbed and collided, making this originally harmonious and intimate family in the smoke of the sisters' quarrel and quarrel all day long. Father Fang Ming was in a dilemma. He spent most of his life living for his daughters, but as his daughters became more mature and independent, Fang Ming felt that he was less and less needed. So Fang Ming began to try to find a sense of existence in his daughters' minds.

It was the last sitcom to be jointly co-created by the sitcom writing team of Johnnie Mortimer and Brian Cooke, however, it was mainly written by Mortimer alone, with Mortimer writing 12 episodes alone, along with a further 3 with Cooke, while another veteran sitcom writer, Vince Powell, contributed another 3. It starred Christopher Strauli, Sabina Franklyn, Brian Capron and Natalie Forbes, with Diana King, who was later replaced by Joan Sanderson. It was made by Thames Television for the ITV network.

Talk Back Live was a talk show on CNN that lasted from 1994 until 2003. Duclon, one of the executive producers of Family Matters. The series was also produced by Thomas L. Miller and Robert L. Boyett, who developed the show. Suzanne dePasse and Suzanne Coston were additional executive producers, with Duclon's longtime colleague Gary Menteer acting as co-executive producer. The series was produced by Miller-Boyett Productions, with associates Lightkeeper Productions and dePasse Entertainment. On Our Own was the first Miller/Boyett sitcom to be produced by Warner Bros. Television for its entire run.
