Mainland youngster TANG WAI CHEUNG (KWOK CHUN ON) looks for his future father-in-law LING SING PO (CHUN WONG) with an old Hong Kong address passed on by his late mother. Unfortunately, PO moved a long time ago. With nowhere else to stay, CHEUNG lives with his young uncle TANG KING CHAN (MA KWOK MING). CHAN bluffs to his relatives about his wealth, but in fact, he is seriously in debt. In order to pay off CHAN’s debt, CHEUNG takes any jobs that he can find, and experiences the real world. A heartwarming drama about two chefs competing for the coveted title of “Master of All Chefs”, “A Recipe for the Heart” is a delightful combination of gracefully concocted food and great comedy. Shek (Chun Pui) was the chef as well as the owner of the restaurant Delicious Garden. He disappeared after defeating by his good friend Shan (Bobby Au-Yeung) in a cooking contest, leaving behind his wife Yuen (Lydia Shum) and his daughter So So (Esther Kwan). Shan then disguised as Kut to help the two women and inspired So to be a good chef. The two became an odd couple but admired each other. Men Don't Cry

Men Don't Cry is a TVB period comedy series broadcast in October 2007, to celebrate TVB's 40th Anniversary. The shown was rerun from Thursday, January 29, 2009 to February 26, 2009 from Monday to Friday at 12:05am on TVB Jade in Hong Kong. The Chinese title is a reference to Shi Jian, who had played as villains in many Wong Fei Hung movies featuring Kwan Tak Hing as Wong Fei Hung, and later in TVB's television series. Reversing the trends set by previous Wong Fei Hung stories, the title archvillain assumes the leading role of the series, with Wong Fei Hung as the supporting role.

Journey to the West

Journey to the West is a Hong Kong television series adapted from the classical novel of the same title. Starring Dicky Cheung, Kwong Wah, Wayne Lai and Evergreen Mak, the series was produced by TVB and was first broadcast on TVB Jade in Hong Kong in November 1996. A sequel, Journey to the West II, was broadcast in 1998, but the role of the Monkey King was played by Benny Chan instead, due to contract problems between Dicky Cheung and TVB. Cheung later reprised the role in another television series The Monkey King: Quest for the Sutra, which was broadcast on TVB but not produced by the station.

Wong Fei Hung Returns

So (Dicky Cheung), the only son of a landlord in the countryside, had had a quarrel with a retired eunuch and thus escaped to the city with his fiancee, Kwai (Lam Yi Kei), and his fellowman, Wing (Chiang Chi Kwong). Real Kung Fu

Wing Chun Master WONG WAH PO’s successor LEUNG TSAN is framed for a murder and flees to Foshan. He finds shelter with his uncle LEUNG YEE TAI (LEUNG KA YAN). In order to investigate the murder, TSAN goes under-cover and becomes a cook for a tycoon, Mr CHAN. He meets his lover CHEUNG KIN HEI in CHAN’s house. He is shocked to find that HEI is now married. HEI is jealous about a beautiful princess FU TSAT HO YUET who is always with TSAN. HEI thinks that TSAN ran away to avoid marrying her, and chases him all the way to Foshan. She has crossed some villains, so the only way to save herself is to have a fake marriage with the powerful Mr CHAN. Chan dies soon after the wedding, leaving HEI suddenly widowed. She is determined to raise CHAN’s only son CHAN WAH SHUN as a responsible person.

Sweetness in the Salt

NIP CHI YUEN (Ma Steven), who works in the anti-smuggling camp, is determined to wipe out the Tau’s Fort, which is the stronghold for salt smugglers. He pretends to be a down-and-out scholar. TAU SING SUET (Yeung Yi), daughter of the chief smuggler, sympathizes with YUEN and puts him up in the village. Later, they even become fond of each other. During an anti-smuggling operation SUET is badly hurt and has since been separated from YUEN and her family. Fortunately she is saved by WU TING HIN (Wong Ho Yin), son of salt merchant WU KIN (Kwok Fung). HIN takes her home. One day, SUET is horrified to see the dead bodies of her parent being hung on the wall of the city tower, and that the official standing on the top of the tower telling the public not to sell smuggled salt is none other than the man she misses day and night. She is heartbroken, and her love for YUEN turns into hatred that moment on...

The Legend of Master So

SO TSAN, better known as Beggar So, is one of the ten best Kung-Fu maters known in Canton, the ‘Canton Ten Tigers‘, in the 1920's. His legendary life unfolds when he is falsely accused to have killed his father, also a renowned Kung-Fu master, who actually died of stimulant overdose.
