"Unstoppable" is a physical competition reality show that will bring together hundreds of Chinese physical fitness experts to compete in an undifferentiated physical fitness competition. They will compete in 16 events, and the top 5 winners will be selected in each stage of the competition, and the program will ultimately determine a champion to become the "strongest body" of the year.

Go Fighting! is classified as a game-variety-reality show, and the MCs and guests complete missions at a landmark to win the objective. Usually each episode will also have an over-arching theme or story. Each episode varies in the challenges and the instructions given to the MCs, and rules are not strictly enforced, resulting in a largely unscripted show.

Seeing Xiao Chuan and their relatives in pain because of the fight between the two of them, Yu Zhong Sheng and Yin Dong Yi gradually come to understand the truth.
