Angélique Kidjo '40th Anniversary'

A journey through 40 years of music at the Royal Albert Hall - as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival. Five-time Grammy winner Angelique Kidjo, named by TIME magazine as 'Africa's premier diva', graced the Royal Albert Hall on 17 November 2023 to spectacularly kick off her highly anticipated 2023 - 2024 world tour. The high-energy performance was a celebration of Kidjo's unbelievable 40-year career and featured special guests, including Lebanese trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf, Senegalese superstar Youssou N'Dour, Afropop pioneer Stonebwoy, and the UK's very own Laura Mvula.
