The Pleasure

Italy in the early 1930s. To the elderly aristocrat Gerard, all that is left of Leonora, the love of his life, are a number of erotic tape recordings. She led a double life as respectable wife and mother of two, and as a whore at the local brothel. Now, after her death, her children Ursula and Edmund pass under the tutelage of Gerard. Having not seen them for many years, he is utterly bewildered by Ursula's uncanny likeness to her mother. While Gerard's mistress Fiorella takes care of Edmund's sexual needs, Ursula follows the last instructions of her mother. In the process, she uses the legacy of her mother's recordings to get into the mindset of her relationship with Gerard. Is Gerard ready to find his lost love Leonora again... in the likeness of her very daughter?

Wolf

Carolina Bianchi shares the stage with 16 men - actors, dancers and musicians - selected from a residency at the Oswald de Andrade Cultural Workshop in Bom Retiro, Sao Paulo. The show is an archaic study of passion, a sacrifice of bodies that do not deny their fluids: sweat, saliva, blood. With a dramaturgy organized in paintings, Wolf can be considered a moving painting. Performers form a chorus of crowd into extreme existence, in an unbridled sequence of actions / images: they run, fall to the ground, have sex with each other and recite Emily Dickinson's poems. The montage circulates in several languages, articulating text, dance, performance and theater.

It all begins at a party in Santiago, Chile, when a seemingly innocent gesture -- the offer of a ride home -- ends in a passionate night of lovemaking and intense conversation for young singles Bruno and Daniela. Shacked up at a flea-bitten motel for a one-night stand, the pair lingers deep into the night, alternating between powerful physical encounters and an ever-deepening emotional connection.

Based on the controversial off-Broadway musical comedy revue, "Oh! Calcutta!" is a series of musical numbers about sex and sexual mores. Most of the skits feature one or more performers in a state of undress, simulating sex, or both. The show sparked considerable controversy at the time because it featured extended scenes of total nudity, both male and female. The title is taken from a painting by Clovis Trouille, itself a pun on "O quel cul t'as!" French for "What an arse you have!".
